You are micro managed in everything you do and even watched all the time on the trackers even in you personal time with personal use. Vans are rubbish and have no decent racking or storage in them and if you ask you get ignored. Service engineers are run on a shoe string with no investment or decent budget. The senior management team are a mess and all ex installers with no real management experience outside of acorn. People here are great and made some good friends but that's it.
